These days, there’s one thing Americans are really concerned about, and no, it’s not climate change, the ubiquity of guns and the non-stop mass shootings they enable, or a humane and logical solution to the immigration crisis.
It’s fascism.

Americans, particularly the unvaccinated, unmasked, unwashed patriots in red states, are really, really worried about fascism and its rise here in the U.S.
Strong, pro-MAGA Americans have identified two key areas in which fascism has undeniably crept into their lives. One — public health measures such as sneeze guards on salad bars. And two? Private companies mandating a COVID-19 vaccine to be eligible for employment. Obviously both are the worst examples of fascism in the history of humankind, if not the country. But, in doing our research for this amazing article that you’re loving so very much, we stumbled onto something that some…shall we call them, “cucky,” Americans have identified as a potential source of fascism in America — attempted coups.

Back in January, Americans witnessed their first, full-fledged coup attempt. It might not have seen that out of place, given that the angry rioters storming the U.S. Capitol that day were direct descendants of the confederacy who last posed such a direct, localized threat to America’s continued existence. However, never before has a mob attempted to stop the certification of a presidential election.
Undoubtedly, the attempt to violently halt a democratic process in order to install a leader over the will of his people sure looks and smells like fascism. Demanding that millions of people show loyalty not to their votes of conscience, but instead to one single man, smacks of fascistic intent. Still, we have to ask ourselves, is a coup attempt really more fascist than public health and safety mandates?
