This week, MyPillow founder and CEO Mike Lindell sat down for an interview with CNN’s Drew Griffin, and agreed to answer questions about his continued efforts to overturn an election that took place more than half a year ago. Despite being sued by Dominion voting systems over his repeated false claims of the 2020 election being stolen from former reality-TV game show host Donald Trump, Lindell has been unrelenting in his attempts to convince the American people that the election was corrupted.
During the interview, Griffin confronted Lindell with the conclusions that cyber security experts tasked by CNN with analyzing the executive’s alleged evidence came to. In short, career cybersecurity professionals surmised that there wasn’t much cowboy under Lindell’s hat, so to speak. Griffin even asked Lindell if he felt he was perhaps being scammed by people who also have no evidence to back the claims of election fraud up. Lindell laughed in response and asked if Griffin needed a hug.

Online, the reaction to Lindell’s interview was generally one of mocking and ridicule. While being interviewed on OAN this morning, Mr. Lindell lashed out at Griffin and CNN. He claimed that he was “setup” and was “viciously and savagely brutalized with reality.”
“How can Drew Griffin so shamelessly debunk my fever dreams and crack-fueled delusions and still call himself a journalist? It’s disgusting to me,” Lindell said, “that these anti-Trump enemies of the people won’t take my word for it, just because I’m a sweaty, delusional fool? Why does their reality take the lead over my fantasies and inability to accept a hard truth?”
Lindell promised that Griffin would “pay the ultimate price” in short time.
“The whole world will tremble in fear on August 13th when King Donald John Trump is rightfully restored to his throne,” Lindell assured the OAN host. “Emperor Trump knows that these so-called journalists need to pay the price for their lack of vision and loyalty to him. So I’m confident that once all the cards are on the table, he and I will stand victorious over our adversaries, and America will be free from the tyranny of casting ballots and then counting them.”
